Netflix TV Show Recommendations for Teens and Adults

The 100: 100 teenager delinquents are sent to the ground years after a nuclear war to see if Earth is habitable again. Probably my favorite show ever. The character development is phenomenal and the acting improves like crazy throughout the seasons. Plus a very hot cast and bisexual lead! (Warning: crazy fandom)

Money Heist: A mastermind brings together several criminals to plot the greatest money heist of all times. if you can’t handle voiceovers or watching something in a different language with subtitles then this may not be for you. I normally can’t stand those yet this tv show is so fucking amazing it’s 100% worth it.

Dexter: A very atypical crime show about a serial killer blood splatter analyst who only kills other serial killers.

How to Get Away with Murder: This show and it’s many plot twists are incredible. You never know what’s gonna happen next. The storyline is very complex so it can be a bit hard to follow. Viola Davis plays the lead role and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better actress.

Shameless: Funniest, most crude show EVER. Not for people who get offended easily. They tackle serious issues people face in life like bipolar disorder in a way that is realistic while also keeping the show humorous. Characters that you love and hate at the same time.

Quantico: about a badass FBI agent in training who gets blamed for a terrorist attack. It’s super interesting getting a glimpse at what it takes to be a special agent and it has great plot twists

Criminal Minds: At this point you’ve probably realized I’m a bit obsessed with crime shows. This show is similar to a lot of other crime shows like NCIS and CSI but 1000x better because the characters and their storylines are amazing

The End of the F**king World: Super funny and cute. It’s about a teenage girl who falls in love with a psychopathic boy who plans to kill her. Things get complicated.

The Fosters: About a foster girl and her new family. They take on many different difficult topics. There are some things I don’t like about this show such as a relationship that is somewhat incest (nobody can agree on whether it is or not), and the main character can be really whiny. It is also very politically biased and one of the main characters is replaced with a different actor half way through the show. However if you can tolerate all that then it really is a good show.
